Afternoon Everyone

We are now currently under a week away from my first show this year and the first time I have embarked on a two day show. It will be my first time at

Llandovery sheep festival, first time my eldest daughter will be with me.  So next weekend will be a weekend of many firsts.

Sadly I am not able to do many shows, needing to be close by for my son is a large factor and

also am not able to do the physically demanding things that is required for setting up shows. I am a P.K.D warrior and my kidney function is bad so this limites my physical ability that is required for all the setting up that a show needs, and then the after show where I have to repair myself because I have pushed my self for a show. As a result of this I pick my shows very carefully.

This year I was asked to do the Llandovery sheep festival and after a bit of thinking and checking to see if it is possible I agreed and now we are one week away.  Excited, anxious , nervous, double checking everything, praying I have enough, dusting down the display stands and the advertising items. Coming to the sudden realisation that there is so much that goes in to planning to do a event like this.

Trying my best not to procrastinate and leave everything to the last minute. which is something I am very good at doing. Trying to convince myself that the kitchen cupboards don’t need to be sorted through just to avoid the jobs that do need to be done.

But besides all of that I am looking forward to it going to be a amazing weekend seeing people old and new enjoying the weekend with my eldest daughter, showing her what mummy does when not at home.

I look forward to seeing you there if your able to come along I cant say to much of what is going to be there as it will be my first time but I have heard wonderful things about the town and the event from lots of different people. I have heard something about them racing sheep down the main street. That sounds loads of fun. If you are not able to travel to Llandovery don’t worry I will still be at the west Wales wool show next month.

On Friday I will be putting all my online e commerce shops on hoilday mode for the show and after the Llandovery show I will be doing a stock update also. From friday the 15th of September to 18th September the shop will be in hoilday mode. Sorry about the inconveniance.

Well now its time for me to go an try to remember where I packed my Table cloth and give it a wash, and dust down my grid pannels.
